Our Compliance Officer for the Legal Compliance Program is responsible for auditing and monitoring compliance with certain state and federal regulations as well as training employees on various aspects of compliance according to our Code of Conduct.
If you ever have a question regarding our compliance or encounter a situation you believe may be in violation, please contact management immediately. If for any reason your concern is not addressed to your satisfaction, contact our Compliance Officer directly or call the Compliance Hotline at 918-967-9003. Calls will not be recorded or traced. Be assured you may remain anonymous, and that HCHS will ensure that there will be no retribution or retaliation of any kind for asking questions, raising concerns or reporting possible improper conduct.
